You have the right to cancel your order either before delivery, or within 14 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If goods are agreed to be returned, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition and we reserve the right to make any reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the goods.

All returned goods must be returned smartly and securely repacked within their original packaging.

Assembled & self-assembly products must be returned unused and in their original packaging and cannot be returned once assembled or part assembled unless confirmed as defective or damaged in transit.

Nuastyle does not accept responsibility for covering return transportation cost of the goods and cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss occurring in return transit.

Goods must be returned to an agreed address supplied by Nuastyle.

Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received back to Nuastyle and checked.

Mattresses, Cushions, Rugs and Linen must be returned unused and still in the original packaging.

Lighting or electrical products must be returned unused and still in the original packaging, a return will not be accepted if they have been wired in.

Refunds will only be made to the original payment card/PayPal account used for purchase.

Nuastyle Ltd are not responsible for any currency fluctuations; refunds will be set at the price you paid, not the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.

There is no automatic right of return for any clearance products purchased as they are sold as seen online at a discounted price.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Bespoke/Made to order Items Returns Policy:

Products made to your individual specifications whether for retail or trade, either in size, colour and/or with fabric changes, CANNOT be refunded or cancelled in any event after the initial order has been placed/paid for in full or part and confirmed.

These products are produced specifically for you and we will make every effort to discuss your order with you before going ahead at the factory, to ensure you are happy with the item/size/colour etc you have chosen.

Return of Trade Orders:

Nuastyle Ltd reserves the right to withhold our normal Returns Policy (as detailed above) in relation to: Sales where a Trade invoice has been issued, where a business address is provided for delivery, where a Trade discount has been applied or sale of products which are to be used in a commercial/public space. Any right to return Commercial/Trade orders shall only apply if agreed in writing in advance of order.


A signature accepting goods received in good condition is required for every delivery.

We cannot leave goods in a porch/garden etc nor can we alter the delivery address on the day.

Delivered items are assumed to have been received in good condition, when the delivery paperwork is signed.

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the goods before signing the delivery paperwork.

An item signed for, cannot be subject to a claim if the damage is not noted on the delivery paperwork.

Any damages or missing boxes/parts must be logged with us via email within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We require photographs wherever possible, a full and detailed description of the issue, your order number and your proof of delivery receipt information.

The sooner we are alerted to a problem the sooner we can resolve it for you. If we do not hear from you within the first 48 hours we may not be able to assist.

Please note – it is your responsibility to check the packages upon delivery. Signing for items as ‘Received unchecked’ or ‘Unseen’ will prevent us from being able to accept a return.

If in the unusual event that a parcel is delivered damaged please make a clear note of this on the delivery note or refuse the delivery.

All delivery prices assume that the delivery is achievable by normal means of access into a customer’s home and that this is safely possible for the delivery person(s).

We will not accept returns on the basis of a product not fitting into property or if the product proportions have not been fully considered.

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure for both the exterior access and the final internal location. If you have concerns or would like advice please contact us, however please note - though all guidance is given in good faith, we cannot take any accountability for a product not fitting.

It is the recipients responsibility to cover all flooring/carpets to the delivery point. No claims can be made for damage caused to unprotected flooring/carpets

Delayed/Missed Delivery:

Missed deliveries on a pre-arranged date, or last minute cancellations will incur a redelivery charge, even if original delivery was free of charge.

Fee's alter depending on your specific box sizes/weights and postcode.

Orders which are ready for delivery but are delayed by the customer due to lack of communication, by customers own request or for any reason out of Nuastyle's control, will be charged for storage at a rate applicable to the specific order but not less than £20 per week.*

Customers can advise upon placement of their order any dates they may be unable to accept delivery however, if no delivery conditions are notified by the customer and subsequent multiple delivery attempts fail, at no fault of Nuastyle, a redelivery charge will apply.

Orders cancelled after a failed delivery, where a redelivery charge is applied will be subject to a charge equal to but not exceeding said failed delivery charge.

*We are happy to facilitate customer's requirements regarding delayed building works, holidays etc if we know in advance fo the goods leaving the factory.

Address Changes:

We are happy to accommodate any address changes after an order is placed, however if this change is made after the goods are booked to arrive into our warehouse there will be an administrative fee of £10 charged. Please contact us for more info.


Nuastyle endeavour to ensure our website is running smoothly, however, we can take no responsibility for the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Any error or omission in any sales literature, pricing, dimensions, or offer by us will be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Product Information:

All product measurements are approximate and are subject to change.

All product finishes (including fabric & leather) are represented in the most accurate way possible, but are subject to batch variations and individual computer screen viewing disparities.

We cannot guarantee that subsequent orders will match exactly your original order.

Natural, vintage, reclaimed or aged finishes in particular are all unique and the image on screen is a representation of the final product only.


Nuastyle requires payment in full before goods will be despatched, without exception.

For made to order items, Nuastyle can take a deposit payment with the final balance payable via BACS on once the goods have been produced and made ready to leave the factory.

Any delays to balance payment will lead to delay of delivery booking.

We are able to accommodate BACS transfers or if you would prefer we can confirm your order and take payment over the phone.

Nuastyle will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Nuastyle or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Nuastyle are not liable for any import taxes that may be applied during customs checks when receiving or returning goods.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.


Unless otherwise stated, all furniture carries a 1 year guarantee against faulty workmanship or faulty materials.

Guarantees do not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your Goods, loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals or insects, or theft, or accidental damage or loss caused by a third party.

Guarantees may not be assigned to a third party.
