Want to pay a deposit? No problem!

When our furniture or upholstery products are made to order or have a longer lead time, we understand that customers may wish to split their payments.

We offer the option to pay a deposit upon order placement and the remaining balance once the goods are ready at the factory.

Balance payments are required in full when the order is confirmed arriving to Nuastyle's warehouse, unless otherwise agreed at time of order. 

In most cases we will resend your invoice showing the amount outstanding when we have notification of a shipping date from the factory, this is normally 1-2 weeks prior to arrival into our warehouse.

Your order cannot be considered for shipping/delivery until the balance payment is received.

Price Match Promise

The internet has a huge choice of furniture but we make it our business to know who sells what and for how much.

Sometimes we miss things and our prices can vary slightly from our competitors.

To give our customers the best service, we guarantee to offer the best possible prices whenever we can.

So, if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we will match or even beat that price if we can*.

*Price match only applies to legitimate UK retailers who have been authorised as stockists of the product & must be inclusive of standard UK delivery.

Price matches may not be applied in retrospect of an existing sale.  

All final pricing is at our sole discretion and in some cases we may ask to see written proof of the competing price.

Please note, we will not price match with companies based outside the UK/Ireland. Products shipped to the UK from foreign retailers will not be tested or treated for Fire Retardancy to meet UK/Ireland Furniture Fire Safety legislation and may have safety and home insurance implications.
